Discover the vibrant world of art with our Sunday Showcase – a
Free Tour of "The Biggs Five" hosted by the Dover (DE) Chapter of The
Links, Incorporated. Every Sunday from 2 to 2:30 p.m., join us for an
enlightening journey through the museum's collection, guided by the
knowledgeable members of The Links, Incorporated.
In celebration of Black History Month, the museum is spotlighting
five prominent Black artists. The volunteer docents from The Links,
Incorporated, will lead you through selected artworks, offering insights into
the artists, their techniques, and the cultural significance of each piece.
Engage
in meaningful discussions, ask questions, and appreciate the beauty and
diversity of the featured artists' works. This Free Tour of "The Biggs
Five" is a unique opportunity to celebrate Black history through the lens
of art. No registration is required – simply join us at 2 p.m. every Sunday for
a memorable exploration of art and history.
